A brilliant scientist is tired of being left out. One experiment later, the neighborhood has a growing zombie problem. And you are in charge.

UNINVITED is a colorful single-player zombie-horde game. Crash a garden party, build your crowd, distract the defenders and find your way through the suburb before the clock runs down.

Small outbreak. Big party.

• Grow your horde: start with easier residents, then tackle tougher targets together.
• Cause a distraction: throw a disco boombox to get people dancing, or split off a decoy group.
• Break through: your followers help smash windows, pull residents from cars and breach barricades.
• Earn your way out: reach 80% infection before the ten-minute timer ends, then leave through the broken army wall.
• Go for gold: infect everyone before leaving. Bronze: 60% · Silver: 80% · Gold: 100%.

Two ways to play

Neighborhood: one playable suburban mission, a ten-minute timer, escalating police and army intervention, scores and medals.

Endless Outbreak (beta): no countdown timer. Guests keep arriving while the army drops antidote clouds that cure your followers. Watch the warnings and keep your leader alive.

Prefer AZERTY? Choose it in Options, or set custom keys. The in-game hints follow your chosen bindings.

Menus also accept arrow keys and Enter. Keyboard and mouse are recommended; controller bindings exist, but full gamepad play is not yet manually verified. Help is available in the title and pause menus.

Download and launch

1. Download UNINVITED Windows Demo v7 below.
2. Extract the entire ZIP into a folder.
3. Run Speel_Uninvited.bat from the extracted game folder.
4. Select Play or Endless Outbreak.

Keep the packaged folders together. The Unreal Editor is not required. Options include resolution, fullscreen mode, quality, volume, camera sensitivity and English/Dutch story subtitles.

What to expect

This is a jam demo with one playable neighborhood, a story intro, an end sequence and a beta Endless mode. The current game is single-player; multiplayer is not included.

Version 7 has been packaged and tested by the developer. Hardware requirements have not been measured.

Made for the jam

Prepared for the GameDev.tv Halloween Jam 2026, theme Uninvited. Our rejected scientist turns exclusion into a neighborhood outbreak: now everyone comes to his party.
